Rodney Gagnon

If you’ve been to our Mad Hatter Ball, Laguintas Night or other fun events around town, you’ve likely seen Rodney pouring his amazing Glasshaus wines. Between picking, pruning, pump overs and punch downs, it is amazing that Rodney still has time to give after all he has given to Mentor Me over the past 2 years.

 

Rodney has diligently served on the Mentor Me Board for just a little over 18 months and has been a mentor to a 10 year old boy for over 2 years.  Every week you’ll see them out on the basketball courts or at the Cavangh Center gym practicing their free throws and 3-pointers.  “My favorite thing about mentoring is the joy I feel when I've gotten my mentee to overcome any "perceived" limitations or fears,” adds Rodney.

 

When not on the court with his mentee or in the winery, Rodney will be on a bike, on a yoga mat or in a plane or car traveling about. Not sure how he has time for all of it, but we are thankful that he does! In addition to his time, we are also extremely thankful that Rodney donates a portion of Glasshaus Wines annual sales to Mentor Me each year!  Way to go, Rodney, and thank you for all you do for Mentor Me!
